Digital Story Telling

I'm loving this assignment! It's so fun. It's something I will definitely use with my students. Digital storytelling has many benefits, including allowing students to relate to their personal experiences or interests; its a practical way to learn new technology; and provides a non-threatening way for students to be able to read their writing out loud. It's fun to see other people's creativeness and ideas come out in digital storytelling. You can use it with so many things, including retelling a story, poems, book trailers, public service announcements, or even a brief documentary.
